Refund Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of service or project delivery.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Digital products or certificates that have already been delivered.
- Internship fees after onboarding and access to materials is granted.
- Completed or approved project work.
- For ongoing projects, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
- To request a refund, email us at support@hallunix.tech with your registered name, payment receipt, and reason for the request.
Hallunix Tech Solutions reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests that do not meet the terms listed above. Our goal is to maintain fairness and transparency in all transactions.
