Certificate Verification Policy

Guidelines for verifying certificates issued by Hallunix Tech Solutions.

Effective Date: November 15, 2025

1. Introduction

This Certificate Verification Policy explains the rules for issuing, storing, and verifying credentials from Hallunix Tech Solutions. The system ensures authenticity and prevents misuse or forgery of certificates.

2. Purpose

  • Confirm authenticity of Hallunix-issued certificates.
  • Prevent forged or altered certificates.
  • Provide a fast verification system for employers and institutions.
  • Protect the credibility and value of issued credentials.

3. Scope & Accepted ID Formats

Only certificates using official ID formats are eligible for verification.

  • Internship Certificate — Format: HTS/JUN25/INT-XX
  • Project Completion — Format: HTS/PRJ/25-XXX
  • Training Program Certificate — Format: HTS/TRN/25-XXX
  • Workshop Certificate — Format: HTS/WSP/25-XXX
  • LOR — Format: HTS/LOR/25-XXX
IDs not following the above formats will be rejected by the system.

4. Online Verification Process

To verify a certificate:

  1. Visit: https://hallunix.tech/verify
  2. Enter the Certificate ID exactly as printed.
  3. Submit the form.

Valid results display: Holder Name, Certificate Type, Program Name, Issue Date, Status and Certificate ID.

5. Offline Verification (Third-Party Requests)

Institutions or employers may request verification by email with:

  • Certificate Holder's Name
  • Certificate ID
  • Scanned copy/photo of the certificate (optional)

Submit requests to: verify@hallunix.tech

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

6. Data Accuracy

Verification data reflects details provided by the student at issuance. Corrections can be requested at: support@hallunix.tech

7. Data Retention

All credential records are stored for at least 5 years.

8. Misuse & Fraud Consequences

  • Immediate invalidation of certificate
  • Ban from all future Hallunix programs
  • Reporting to concerned institutions
  • Possible legal action

9. Limitations

Verification confirms authenticity only. It does not evaluate skills, job readiness, or performance.

10. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated. The latest version will always be published on this page.
